TIMING, VALUE & DECISION MAKING: Buying or selling a home is often the single greatest investment we make. We discuss needs, we research, we plan, we prepare, we discuss some more, and then we ultimately jump in and go through a process that will involve the transfer of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
